2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law.
By placing an order, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).
You will receive an initial confirmation email upon placing your order and a second dispatch confirmation once the contract is concluded.

3. Payment Terms

We accept secure payments with major credit/debit cards and other available payment methods at checkout.
Safeva is the entity responsible for charging your payment method.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
We ship worldwide.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout.
For international shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees that may apply upon delivery. These are not included in our pricing.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other external factors.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As per EU consumer protection regulations, you may cancel your order and request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us via email at support@safeva.se, providing your order number.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — including product images, logos, text, brand elements, and design — is the intellectual property of Safeva or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the website or its content without prior written consent.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.
This does not affect your legal consumer rights under applicable laws of Sweden or the EU.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or purchase of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, or another competent court as provided by applicable EU consumer laws.
